This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for the act of wilful disobedience in non-complying the order of this Hon'ble Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.31093 dated 16.12.2022 despite receipt of the copy of the order. 1/3

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submits that in view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3048 of 2024 dated 14.02.2024, the filing of final report been stayed and therefore, the Investigating Officer is unable to comply the order.

3. Taking note of the fact that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the Investigating Officer and non-compliance of the order is due to intervention of the High Court stay order, this Contempt Petition is closed. After disposal of the Crl.O.P.No.3048 of 2024, the petitioner shall revive the contempt petition, if necessary.
