This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2752 of 2023 vide order dated 01.12.2023 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur, that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. It is seen that this petition has been filed without approaching the concerned Court.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court.
