cad Today, Mr. V. Mohandas, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ariyalur Sub Division, Ariyalur, who was formerly Inspector of Police and also Mr. C. Kumaran, Inspector of Police, Tharamangalam Circle, are present.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr. No.210 of 2016 was completed and the case has been closed as "further action dropped" and closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Mettur on 01.08.2017, who has also issued RCS notice to the de facto complainant, but, the de facto complainant is not receiving the same.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this contempt petition is closed. 21.08.2017 cad Cont. Petition No.1009 of 2017 http://www.judis.nic.in
