ORDER

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent No.1 has placed before this Court the order of the respondents dated 26.04.2024, complying with the order dated 23.12.2022 in W.P.No.34454 of 2022 passed by this Court, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition.

2. Since the order which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, if aggrieved by the order dated 26.04.2024 passed by the respondents, to challenge the same in the manner know to the petitioner under law.
