This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26575 of 2022 on 22.11.2022 to report the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 6.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
