PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent police to any other police station in order to conduct the fair investigation with respect to the brutal attack on the petitioner and his family members on 02.03.2016 at 9.30 a.m and 12.00 pm. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent police to any other police station. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and a final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Athur and the same is pending trial in S.T.C.No.1201 of 2017.
