Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in its G.O (10) No.413 dated 16.10.2019 confirming the order of the 2nd respondent in its Na.Ka.No.29714/94/A1 dated 17.06.998 and quash both orders and consequently direct the respondents to grant all consequential payments including salary, pension and all other terminal benefits along with arrears.

The Writ Petition has been filed for calling the records of the 1st respondent in G.O (10) No.413 dated 16.10.2019, confirming the order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.29714/94/A1 dated 17.06.998 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to grant consequential payments including salary, pension and other terminal benefits along with arrears.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has challenged the very same proceedings before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal by way of preferring an Original Application, in which the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal has chosen to confirm the order of removal from service vide order dated 19.09.2001. The petitioner had not challenged the said order passed by the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal and has allowed to attain finality. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the
