2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. The petitioner/appellant is permitted to effect substituted service of the respondents 2 to 4 by paper publication for the hearing date fixed on 06.10.2025.

5. The paper publication shall be effected on or before 15.09.2025 in anyone of the dailies having wide circulation in Chennai District and Kammam at Andra Pradesh.

6. Registry is directed to print the name of the learned counsel who entered appearance for the first respondent.
