ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 28.08.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25258 of 2023, thereby directed the respondent to disburse the family pension benefits to the petitioner forthwith. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the respondent disbursed all the family pension benefits to the petitioner herein. He also produced a copy of the Family pension payment order dated 08.11.2024, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
