(Order of the Court was made by S.Vimala, J.,) Though this matter is not listed today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the detenu has been secured today, hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing at the end of the list.

2. This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the petitioner, P.P.Dineshbabu seeking direction to the respondent to produce his wife, detenu, by name, Dharani.

3. We have heard both the parties along with the respective counsels, in addition to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. The detenu would state that she is inclined to go with the petitioner, but, at the same time, she is afraid that her parents may commit suicide (if she goes along with the petitioner) or her parents may arrange her marriage with some https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

other man belonging to their own community. She is in a double state of mind and finally, she expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner.

5. Recording the above and considering the fact that the detenu is a major and also considering the fact that, in this case, there is no question of illegal detention, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed and the detenu is set at liberty. No costs.
