This petition has been filed to modify the condition that "the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur District instead of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur, Salem District in Crl.OP.No.24473 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvallur.

All other conditions remain unaltered.
