W.P.No.784 of 2020 WP.No.784 of 2020 N.SESHASAYEE, J., This Court has directed the compliance of two heads in its order dated 25.01.2021. The first part is to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 31.12.2013 and 20.01.2014 and the second part is about the direction to the DRO, to hold an internal enquiry as to why the action on the said representations was delayed for two years.

2. Mr.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 has submitted that the first part has been complied with and he seeks some time to report compliance of the second part. He however, added that the General Elections of the Tamilnadu State Legislative Assembly have been notified, therefore, some time may be granted.
