This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Crime No.26 of 2019 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Namakkal. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.316 of 2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode, and hence this petition has become infructuous.
3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
