ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2023 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her Maternal Aunt Selvi.Lakshmi in view of false complaint received from the respondents 3 and 4.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner was called for an enquiry only based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 22.11.2023. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is being called for an enquiry only based on the complaint given by the private respondents.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioner is not willing to attend the enquiry, it is left open to the respondent police to close all the complaints and let the parties agitate their dispute before the competent Court.
