Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent authority to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 08.10.2024 by relaxing the condition regarding access pathway within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the 1st respondent, the Principal Secretary to Government, Chennai, to dispose of an appeal filed by the petitioner on 08.10.2024. 2.The petitioner wanted to develop a land and form a layout. An application given by the petitioner for such development and formation of layout was rejected by the 3rd respondent. The petitioner had then filed an appeal before the 1st respondent on 08.10.2024. The said appeal is still

pending. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks disposal of the appeal. 3.A direction is issued to the 1st respondent to take into consideration the appeal filed by the petitioner on 08.10.2024 in accordance with the seniority of the pending appeals and follow the principles as enunciated by law and thereafter, dispose of the same without any unnecessary adjournment or delay and immediately after the previous senior appeal. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
