O R D E R

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the third respondent made a submission that the impugned order issued by the first respondent dated 16.11.1999, has already been quashed by the Delhi High Court and the appeal filed was also rejected. Consequently, the first respondent also had withdrawn the impugned order dated 16.11.1999.

2. In view of the fact that the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition did not exist as of now. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. However, if any other grievance exist to the writ petitioner as of now, they are at liberty to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.

3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
