ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order in the letter Na.Ka.No.960/2013/A1 dated 20.10.2014 of the third respondent and to quash the same and issue consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker in any of the existing or future vacancies.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner has got appointment in the year 2018 as a Anghanwadi worker and the copy of the letter br/K/e/f/vz;/1285-m1-2017 dated 18.05.2018 is also produced before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner also received a copy of the letter and he also acceded to.
