When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that as against the order dated 25.10.2018 passed by this Court in this writ petition, a Writ Appeal No.2844 of 2018 has been filed and the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court while disposing of the said Appeal, has given liberty to the appellant, third respondent herein to avail the further legal remedy in accordance with law, by way of civil suit or appeal under the relevant act. 2.In view of the same, nothing further is required to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
