O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to investigate the complaint made by the petitioner which was registered in Crime No.41 of 2017 pending on the file of the third respondent, and to file final report within a stipulated time frame.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that final report will be filed as expeditiously as possible, as investigation has already been over.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to file the final report without causing any further delay, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
