COMMON ORDER The petitioners have filed a writ of mandamus to direct the Respondent herein to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to issue Patta in favour of them in respect of the property situated in the Veeranathur Village, Thiruvallur District measuring 4140 Sq. Ft. and 2510 Sq. Ft. of vacant land out of 2510 Sqm comprised in Survey No.86/24 by measuring and sub-division of the vacant land as prescribed in the sale deed vide document No.1484/2018 and 1483/2018 registered before the R.K. Pettai Sub-Registrar Office by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2019 and pass orders accordingly. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government pleader would submit that the prayer of the petitioners in both Writ petitions is complied with by the respondent herein. Accordingly, the learned Government Pleader has filed a Common Compliance Report before this Court.

3. Having considered the Common Compliance Report and submissions of the learned Government Pleader, both Writ petitions are dismissed as infrucutous.
