ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.12.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused is trying to vacate the petitioner from his house forcibly with the rowdy 1/4
elements. On 28.12.2022, they have made an attempt to vacate him forcibly. Therefore, a complaint dated 28.12.2022 was given by the petitioner. However, till date, the respondent police has not registered the complaint. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that no complaint has been received in connection with the property dispute. He also submitted that the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur District (Law & Order) had referred the matter to the Revenue Divisional Officer for adjudication under Section 107 Cr.P.C. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the petitioner to co-operate for enquiry under Section 107 Cr.P.C. pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
