ORDER
Earlier, when the Civil Suit was posted on 23.02.2024 for hearing, there was no representation on the side of the plaintiffs 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 12 and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption, "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the plaintiffs as well as the defendants. Hence, the Civil Suit is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, connected application is closed. No costs.
