2. The affidavit of the first respondent dated 04.08.2021 is taken on record. The Sub Court, Ponneri, is directed to deposit the amount in any one of the Nationalized Banks in Recurring Deposit till orders are passed in the Appeal. The Contempt Petitions are closed as having been complied with the order of this Court.
