This application has been filed by the applicant to appear and give evidence through video conference in OP No.357 of 2025.

2. According to the applicant, he is the petitioner in the original petition. He filed this application to reopen and recall and to mark the documents. He is residing in USA and unable to appear before this Court and therefore, filed this application to permit him to appear through video conference.

3. In this case, there is no respondent.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and facts and circumstances of the case, it is appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

5. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording evidence on 04.02.2026.
