This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft directly to the Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Mundiyampakkam, Villupuram District, which is imposed on Crl.O.P.No.21436 of 2022 dated 07.09.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to financial difficulties, he was unable to comply the condition imposed on the petitioner and thereby, he seeks modification of the above condition. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the Vallalar Sathyagnana Sabai, Vadalur. Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
