The prayer sought for in the present petition is to issue a writ of Declaration, declaring that the order issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka No.132/A/Ka.Du.Aa/S.O/Ko.Ma/2018 dated 07.02.2018 rejecting permission to the petitioner, The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (Tamil Nadu) to conduct the public meeting regarding the achievements of the Government of India on 17.02.2018 at Sundarapuram Sangam area, Coimbatore District with the use of public address system as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to provide the petitioner with the permission to conduct the public meeting on 17.02.2018 at Sundarapuram Sangam area, Coimbatore District.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent herein had granted permission to the petitioner through a letter dated 15.02.2018 to conduct the public meeting on 17.02.2018 at 5.00 p.m.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further orders are required in the present petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.
