ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 08.02.2024, while allowing the Crl.O.P.No.242 of 2024, directed the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.177 of 2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur has addressed a letter dated 11.09.2024 to the Registry seeking extension of further six months time for the disposal of S.C.No.177 of 2023.

3. This Court perused the letter dated 11.09.2024 sent by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur and is satisfied with the reasons for not disposing the S.C.No.177 of 2023 within the time stipulated by this Court in the order dated 08.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.242 of 2024.

4. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of six months for the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur to dispose of the abovesaid case from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry. 19-02-2025 To
