ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 27.08.2013 to the some other police authorities concern to register FIR against the said persons, make an enquiry and to file a final report before this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the crime No.207 of 2015 has been closed as mistake of fact on 08.06.2015 and R.C.S.No.37/2016 filed.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition has become infructuous. The respondent police is hereby directed to issue a copy of the closure report to the petitioner if not served.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
