Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the Respondents.

2. The writ petition is only filed for considering the Petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2019. Though the Petitioner has also asked for compensation without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to allow this writ petition partly by directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 19.11.2019.

3. The First Respondent shall dispose the representation of the Petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
