Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent herein to consider and issue of patta relating to the property owned by petitioner and comprised in S.No.518 extent of 4.63 1/2 Acre, S.No.423/1 extent of 1.67 Acre, S.No.422/4 extent of 65 cent, S.No.427/1A extent of 1.50 acre, Kadakathur Village, Dharmapuri District, to total extent of 7.90 acre within a time stipulated by this Court.

As the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2024 for issue of a patta in respect of the property situate at Kadakathur Village, Dharmapuri District in S.No.518 extent of 4.63 1/2 Acre, S.No.423/1 extent of 1.67 Acre, S.No.422/4 extent of 65 cent, S.No.427/1A extent of 1.50 acre, has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the counsels on either side.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed and a Mandamus is issued to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2024, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
