Challenge in this writ petition is to notice, dated 25.03.2015, which is only a show cause notice, calling upon the petitioner to tender an explanation in regard to the charges levelled as against him.

2. An interim order appears to have been initially granted and that has been extended only for two weeks by order dated 07.08.2015, with no extension thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Being a show cause notice, and not one that is shown to suffer from any jurisdictional flaw, let the petitioner appear before the concerned Authority and tender his explanation and let proceedings be concluded expeditiously, thereafter in accordance with law.
