These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 294 days in representing the L.R petition in SR No.39202 and 39203 of 2013.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits along with the petitions.

3. Accordingly, these two Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to number the applications to implead the L.Rs of the deceased 1st appellant.
