O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the property bearing Survey No.165/8A, 165/8C, Lakshmanapuram, Thittakudi, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District in pursuant to the petitioner representation dated 10.11.2022.

2. In order to survey the land and to identify the four boundaries of the petitioner's land situated at Survey No.165/8A, 165/8C, Lakshmanapuram, Thittakudi, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District he had submitted a representation on 10.11.2022 through online and also he has paid the necessary fee for the same on 11.11.2022. The petitioner has moved the present writ petition to consider the said application.

3. Heard Mr.Muthamizh Selvakumar learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the said representation dated 10.11.2022 submitted by the petitioner would be considered by the respondents and needful would be undertaken within a time 2 / 4

frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for and having regard to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. "That there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.11.2022 along with necessary fee and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
