ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.1.2023, investigate the same and to file a final report in view of the order passed by the learned 1/3

District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Portonovo in Crl.M.P. No.692 of 2023 dated 08.9.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered on the file of the respondent in Crime No.10 of 2024 on 10.1.2024 for the offence under Section 436 of the Indian Penal Code as per the directions of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Portonovo in Crl.M.P.No.692 of 2023 dated 08.9.2023.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
