PRAYER in HCP No.40 of 2025: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of detention order passed by the second respondent dated 12.12.2024 in No.1243/BCDFGISSSV/2024 against the petitioner's son namely Dinesh Babu @ Pambu Dinesh, male, aged 28 years, S/o. Sekar, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

PRAYER in HCP No.56 of 2025: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of detention order passed by the second respondent dated 12.12.2024 in No.1245/BCDFGISSSV/2024 against the petitioner's husband namely Ellappa, Male, aged 26 years, S/o. Lalsingh, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instruction given by the Inspector of Police/fourth respondent would submit that the impugned detention orders have already been revoked by the Advisory Board and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. In view of the above submission, the present Habeas Corpus Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
