J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) The present intra-Court appeal has been filed challenging the decree and judgment dated 10.11.2022 made in C.S.(Comm.Div.) No.216 of 2022.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo stating that the parties have reached a settlement with regard to the claims raised in this Appeal outside the Court and seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above, the Original Side Appeal dismissed as being settled out of Court. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fee paid by the appellant as applicable under the Rules. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
