ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, a Union Leader, says the sanitary workers are not being paid the minimum wages prescribed in law.

2. How much is being paid and how true is what is stated in the petition have to be examined. Therefore, the parties, who are aggrieved, may approach the appropriate forum and exhaust the remedy available under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open.
