(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner passed away on 20.12.2019 and the charge against the petitioner has abated.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner passed away on 20.12.2019 and the death certificate to that effect has been produced before the trial Court and the case has been been closed as charge abated. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
