The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the land comprised in Survey No.88/1 measuring to an extent of 200 sq.mt situated at Pavandur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District on the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2022 and 28.10.2022 within time stipulated by this Court.
2. In order to survey the land and to identify the four boundaries of the petitioner's land situated at Survey No.88/1 measuring to an extent of 200 sq.mt situated at Pavandur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, he had submitted a representation on 13.10.2022 through online and also he has paid the necessary fee for the same on 28.10.2022. The petitioner has moved the present writ petition to consider the said application.
3. Heard Mr.Kowshik Raghu Rajaa learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the said representation dated 13.10.2022 along with necessary fee submitted by the petitioner would be considered by the respondents and needful would be undertaken within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for and having regard to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. "That there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13.10.2022 and 28.10.2022 along with necessary fee and pass necessary orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
