Seeking a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry or interrogation, the petitioners have come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3.It is seen that on the complaint lodged by one Mr.V.K.Rajendran, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners. Under such circumstances, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioners can be given. The petitioners should submit themselves to the first respondent police for enquiry and during enquiry, they should not be harassed.
