Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for his willful disobediences and non compliance of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.18119 of 2018 dated 27.11.2019 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act. For Petitioner :

This contempt petition is filed by complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18119 of 2018 dated 27.11.2019 has not been complied with.

2.This Court in the above writ petition directed the first respondent viz., the Tahsildar to collect necessary survey charges from the writ petitioner and measure the subject matter land and demark the boundaries. In this contempt petition, notice was ordered to the respondent. Thereafter, the matter is listed for hearing today.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by measuring the property on 24.12.2019. He has produced a communication issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kattumannarkoil dated 20.02.2020, addressed to the Government Pleader to the above effect.

4. Recording the abovesaid submissions, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the abovesaid action of the Authorities in any manner, it is open to him to work out his remedy against 2/4
