ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the file of the complaint dated 03.03.2015 in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that no such complaint dated 03.03.2015 was ever received by the respondent police from the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, no direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted to the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to give a copy of the complaint dated 03.03.2015 that has been enclosed before this Court to the second respondent police in person and on such presentation, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
