O R D E R

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for an early disposal of the Execution Petition filed by the petitioner in E.P. No.24 of 2019 to execute the decree granted by the Principal District Munsif, Alandur in O.S. No.150 of 2012.

2. A perusal of the B diary extract would indicate that the matter has been pending since 30.09.2020 for the counter of the respondent Nos.1 and 4.

3. In these circumstances, a direction is issued to the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of E.P. No.24 of 2019 on or before 30.04.2022. It is well open to the learned Judge to take such measures to ensure that the counter is filed, failing which, orders can be passed against the respondent Nos.1 and 4. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
