O R D E R

This petition has been filed to pass on order of injunction restraining the respondents, their men, agents etc., from alienating the property subject matter of O.S.No.66 of 2007 on the file of the 3rd Additional District Court, Salem pending disposal of the above appeal and thus render justice.

2.This Court by order dated 24.11.2021 has granted an order of injunction for a period of four weeks and thereafter on 15.12.2021, the interim order granted was extended until further orders. It is seen from the records that the service has been complete in the appeal. Since the main appeal is ripe for final hearing and ordered to be so listed, the interim order granted on 24.11.2021 is made absolute and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
