Respondents PRAYER: This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order in Memo No.853/BCDFGISSSV/2019, dated 10.12.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent under Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce the petitioner's son Arunachalam @ Aruna, S/o. Saravanan, aged about 24 years the detenue, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set the petitioner's son Arunachalam @ Aruna, S/o.Saravanan aged about 24 years the detenue herein set him at liberty.

The matter is heard through video-conferencing. 2.This petition has been filed by the Mother of the detenu viz., Arunachalam @ Aruna, aged about 24 years, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu in proceedings Memo No.853/BCDFGISSSV/2019, dated 10.12.2019.
3.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu, who is the son of the petitioner.
4.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
