ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent herein and the Trial Court to complete the Trial in C.C.No.6371 of

2013, pending on the file of the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

2.By consent of both sides, this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the limited prayer sought for is to expedite the trial in C.C.No.6371 of 2013, pending on the file of the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for and taking into consideration that the case is pending from the year 2013, there shall be a direction to the learned learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, to complete the trial in C.C.No.6371 of 2013, pending on his file within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
