Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2.The petitioner seeks direction for early disposal of O.S.No.195 1/3

of 2018. The 'A' diary extract produced shows that the suit is being adjourned for filing of amended plaint.

3.Considering the nature of the suit and the fact that the suit has been pending for 4 years now, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Ponneri is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.195 of 2018 within a period of eight

(8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Principal Sub Judge, Ponneri is also directed to report such disposal to this Court.
