Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the 3rd respondent in his No.6451/DRDM/LA/2010 dated 5.10.2010 received by the petitioner on 20.1.2011 and to quash the same in so far as it relates to 10002 sq.ft. of lands belonging to the petitioner and comprised in Re-Survey No.89/3, Ozhandai Revenue Village, Mudaliarpet Commune, Puducherry and direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's request for withdrawal from acquisition proceedings of the petitioner's land under Section 48 of the Land Acquisition Act.

Prayer in W.P.No.8269 of 2012:

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the 1st respondent in his No.6451/DRDM/LA/2010 dated 16.02.2012 signed on 14.02.2012 and to quash the same in so far as it relates to 10002 sq.ft. of lands belonging to the petitioner and comprised in Re-Survey No.89/3, Ozhandai Revenue Village, Mudaliarpet Commune, Puducherry and direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's request for withdrawal from acquisition proceedings of the petitioner's land under Section 48 of the Land Acquisition Act.
