PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.318/2014 from the file of the 3rd respondent and to transfer the investigation to the file of the 2nd respondent with a direction to investigate into the matter and file charge sheet in accordance with law.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.318/2014 from the file of the 3rd respondent and to transfer the investigation to the file of the 2nd respondent with a direction to investigate into the matter and file charge sheet in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the crime is of the year 2014. After completing the investigation, the action dropped in Crime No.318 of 2014 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

30.06.2014 and a closure report also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Attur.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The 3rd respondent police is hereby directed to issue a copy of the closure report to the petitioner if not served.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
