Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by both sides that the order dated 21.03.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2078 of 2019 has been complied with by passing the proceedings dated 03.02.2020 by the first respondent. A copy of the said proceedings is also placed before this Court.
